Renew Health License
This service allows investors to renew their health licenses for one year from the date of issue. This may require renewing the security systems certificate, civil defense certificate, the commercial registration, commercial license, and the establishment identification card. The completion period for the investor to receive the necessary permit varies as it is based on the type of health facility and its related activities.
Requirements
- The civil defense certificate must be valid.
- The security systems certificate must be valid.
- Attach staff licenses for radiation work for renewal of dental clinics.

- Medical staff licenses.
- Civil Defense Certificate.
- Security systems certification.
- Commercial registration and Commercial permit.
- A copy of the health facility license (current).
- License to possess radiological devices (environment).
- Radiological medical license (in case of dental center)
- Copy of contract with BOOM or UNITED for medical waste treatment.
Instructions
Complete the Application
- Log onto the Single Window platform using investor credentials.
- Complete the application for renewal of health license and attach the above-mentioned documents.
Application Review
- The system reviews the application to ensure it meets all the conditions and requirements.
Fee Payment
- Public or specialized hospital (QR 7000).
- Public/specialized health center (QR 3000).
- Clinic (public - specialized / pharmacy/warehouse/medicine store (QR 1500).
- Laboratory/diagnostic radiology laboratory/medical laboratory (public medical complex)/ diagnostic radiology center / dental laboratory/optical shop / nursing services agency (QR 2000).
- Trade companies in: medical pharmaceuticals/medical herbs/medical cosmetics/supplements/medical devices (QR 500).
- No fees are required for vaccination units/blood sampling/physiotherapy/first aid.
- The investor must pay the fees upon receiving an approval notification for renewing the health license
- Fees can be paid online through the Single Window platform or manually by visiting the Single Window service centers. Other payment methods and details are available on Paying Services Fees - Single Window.
Issuance
Once the fee is paid, the system notifies the investor to obtain the new license online, or by visiting the Single Window service centers.
