This service provides investors with the same set of offerings in the Comprehensive Establishment service, but its difference is that it allows the investor to resume the establishment journey based one of the previously reserved trade names.

  • Government Entity
  • The applicant shall have a registered account in the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq” with a valid Qatari ID.
  • There shall be no ban on any of the partners or the owner imposed by the official authorities in the country.
  • There shall be a valid tradename associated with the applicant.

Same conditions as listed in the Comprehensive Establishment service.

  • Fill out the application, including data and attachments.
  • Receive the application and verify it automatically through the Single Window systems and service providers.
  • Review the application and decide on it through the government entities providing the service.
  • Sign Memorandum of Association (MoA) document digitally on the Single Window portal or by booking an appointment.
  • Pay fees electronically on the Single Window portal.
  • Receive the certificates and original copies electronically through the Single Window.

Add Branch
This service allows investors that already have existing companies to apply for adding a new branch for the existing company and identifying the business activities that will be practiced in the new branch
Add Sub Commercial Permit
This service allows investors that already have commercial permits to apply for issuing a Sub-Commercial Permit that allows them to practice special type activities (ATM, warehouse, etc.)
Comprehensive Establishment
This service allows investors to obtain all the necessary licenses to set up a business.
Resume Factory Establishment
This service allows investors that already have started their factory establishment journey outside of single window to commence their factory establishment procedures (Initial industrial approval, land allocation, environmental permit and industrial permit.) using single window.
