The resolution also stipulates that the committee shall be headed by a representative of the Prime Minister's office. Based on this resolution, the Single Window website for investor services is considered a governmental website managed by the Coordinating Committee for the Single Window's management. The content and e-services of the website are published in collaboration with other governmental agencies with the aim of assisting the user to complete various transactions related to starting a business in Qatar and obtain the required approvals for some commercial activities immediately without the need to visit other entities and waste time and effort.
The website's management exerts utmost efforts to develop, update, review and audit the content continuously and coordinate with other relevant governmental agencies to get the necessary information and updates. However, the website management and the governmental agencies do not guarantee the accuracy and correctness of the content of the website by 100%, due to the periodic and continuous changes that may occur in the conditions, requirements and fees of the services in the relevant agency before changing them on the website. Therefore, the Single Window does not bear any responsibility with respect to using the content, information and services available on the website.
With the aim of making things easier for the user, the Single Window website contains some links that lead the user to other portals or websites that are not operated/controlled by the Single Window management. Therefore, access to such portals and websites is subject to their own terms and conditions without any responsibility on the “Single Window”.
The users have to agree that they use the website or any of its content under their own responsibility. The website management does not guarantee that they will not face suspension, obstacles to the use, amendment, deletion or errors. In addition, there is no guarantee regarding the result of using the website, as the website’s content and tools are provided to the user by the relevant governmental entities without guarantees of any kind, including for example the name guarantees, market validity, and appropriateness for a particular purpose, use or promotion.
The website's management is not liable for any failure or delay in performance or response if this is caused by circumstances beyond its control. It does not also bear responsibility for any emergency incident, which may allow the website’s management to automatically suspend or disable the work of the website, the services advertised on it, or any service of the relevant governmental agencies on the website.
