Service Details
This service allows investors that already have existing companies to apply for closing the whole establishment or one of its branches or permits.
Required Document List
If Liquidation Required:
1. Owner/Partners consent on the liquidation according to the article of association
2. Minutes of the exceptional general assembly meeting
3.Qatar central bank approval (for financial business activities).
4.Liquidator consent
5.No objection letter for liquidating company (if company has block decriee.)
6. All required regulating agency approvals
If Deleting CR is required:
1. Owner/Partners consent on the closure.
2. A copy of the liquidator's declaration.
3. A certificate from the liquidator that he is fully responsible for the liquidation, or a copy of the final account of the liquidation.
4. Acknowledgment by the partners that they have received all their dues after liquidation.
5. No objection letter from the general tax authority to delete CR/Organization.
6. Approval of the Ministry of Labor.
7. No objection letter from closing CR because of (block_type_en).
8. All required regulating agency approvals.
