This service allows owners of Foreign Company Branches to manage their company by offering a number of services (add/ remove/ extend contract)


Required Document List

Add new contracts Attachments:
1. Authorization letter to represent the company
2.Project plan
3. Non-Qatari Investment License Application

Edit/ Remove contract  Attachments:
1. Commercial registration of the foreign company
2. For whom it may concern letter containing the details of the requested edit
3. Minister decree that was issued for the company

Add Sub CP attachments:
1. A completion certificate or its substitute for the building that is to be licensed
2. The rental agreement form or its substitute (deposit receipt at the Dispute Settlement Committee or a court or what serves in the opening of a disputed file)
3. Declaration form for authorization to rent real estate (sub-leasing)
