This service allows investors that already have started their factory establishment journey outside of single window to commence their factory establishment procedures (Initial industrial approval, land allocation, environmental permit and industrial permit.) using single window

Required Document List

Documents required for this service may vary depending on your selection. Here is a list of documents we might ask you to provide:

Initial approval attachments:

1- Copy of a valid initial approval (if already existed)
2- The project business plan includes market study, financial study, technical study, project implementation schedule.
3- Initial drawings of land use.
4- Quotation of equipment and raw materials ( This attachment is optional ).

QDB Attachments (If project finance was from QDB):

1- Financial study form (QDB template)     
2- Bank Comfort Letter      
3- Consent Form – Credit Report   
4- Sponsor and Management Team CVs     
5- Statement of Personal (Investible) Net Worth   

Land Allocation attachments (If land allocation is required):

1- Consent of not receiving land for this project from any other parties
2- Factory layout designs

Environmental Permit attachments:

1- A copy of a valid environmental permit (if already existing)
2- Letter of referral from the licensing party
3- Terms of reference for the EIA (environmental impact analysis) study
4- Authorization letter from the permit requester
5- Site maps approved by the licensing authority
