If you do not own a land, you can now rent one of the strategic land plots managed and allocated by Manateq at nominal prices starting from one Qatari Riyal. During the rental process, Manateq will also provide you with many services, including:
- Supply and storage services
- Storage areas
- Water, electricity, and gas networks. You can also apply for the allocation of a land plot to establish a factory at competitive prices through Single Window, and enjoy many facilities and exemptions including: 
- Temporary exemption of rental fees for industrial land plot
- Exemption from custom duties on imports for industrial projects 
- A one year-grace period is granted to liquidate or resume the project in the event that production in the industrial project stops. Foreign investors can also be allocated land plots for the establishment of projects through a renewable renting for a period not exceeding 50 years, as stipulated in the Foreign Investment Law
